🏠 YHDP Homeless Youth Drop-In Center & Youth Navigator Program
As the heart of Riverside County’s youth homelessness response, The Bridge houses the YHDP Drop-In Center. We meet young people where they are—with compassion, without judgment—and walk with them toward lasting stability.
We Provide:
Personalized Housing Case Management
Access to Transitional & Permanent Housing
Meals, Clothing, Showers, Hygiene Kits
Help With ID, Legal Documents & Family Reconnection
Transportation and Legal Referrals
Each year, we support over 250 youth facing homelessness with dignity and care.

🎨 Artivism Youth Wellness Project
💪 Rise Up Youth Empowerment Program
Rise Up is our rally cry for justice-involved youth and their families—because transformation is possible, and no one should walk that road alone. This intensive, wraparound program provides guidance, healing, and second chances for ages 0–25.
Supports Include:
